Every successful company has a secret weapon. Ours is the digital match back, and one of the keys to maximizing its potential is Senior Data Scientist Rob Herold. Working in concert with the data team, Rob’s primary responsibility is to provide the topline results as wells as breakdowns by digital search triggers and creative. From his findings, we are able to determine how many customers made purchases due to an ad campaign and make recommendations for campaign optimization. In other words, an actual Return on Marketing Investment and how to make it better.

 In true scientific fashion, Rob says he gets the most satisfaction from his work by making process improvements. Realizing and recommending efficiencies that can be made either to campaigns or to our internal processes is the added value he constantly works to achieve.

 Rob has a bachelor’s in Marketing from Clemson and a Master’s in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Living in Tiger territory, he and his family enjoy spending their weekends at Lake Hartwell and, in the fall, tailgating at Clemson football games.
