Jerry Gearding

At DXM, we consider Jerry our IT guru. He is responsible for the design and build of our marketing analytics data warehouse, containing over 260 million consumer-based records with over 640 individual attributes utilizing Oracle DBaaS (12c Multitenant), IaaS, PaaS, BIaaS and Marketing cloud services, PL/SQL, Linux shell scripting and Oracle Advanced Analytics. The warehouse is currently utilized for audience profiling, prospecting, statistical and predictive analysis.

In addition, Jerry is a contributor in implementing a customer/lookalike audience profiling, hyper-targeted digital campaign management platform utilizing Oracle Marketing Cloud technologies (Datalogix, BlueKai DMP) and our DSP partners.

Prior to joining DXM, Jerry has a long history building and managing IT databases from national advertising agencies to the student loan space to starting his career at Convergys, a world leader in customer experience outsourcing.
